Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the early stages of the 6^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 4 and 49 and then at 4:13am 18^th (18:13gmt 17^th) they will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 29 and 30 bringing a theme of being absorbed in researching and digging into things to find a secure foundation to build on. For the next six days the Sun will be conjunct with Venus and shine in saying ‘yes’ and ‘the abysmal’ and this is the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has its inevitable rewards. And the Earth is conjunct Neptune and is grounding us in grounding us in ‘recognition of feelings’ and ‘the 'clinging fire’ where freedom can be recognised as an illusion and limitation accepted as a fate.

And ‘the draftee’ is in the air, and this is the fuel for the abstract ability to see vai past experience how to adapt to struggle when necessary but not as a permanent state. This is the innate generative nature that through past experience knows when to share and when to apply energy in times of war and peace. All of which is based in the creative power to persevere when sensed as necessary but not generally. Plus ‘composure’ is grounding us today, and here we recognise the possibility of sharing emotional awareness and balance in the face of abstract disorder, which through recognition and reflection can lead to the maximisation of limitation in all cases. All of which is based in an experiential sense of stability through feelings, no matter what the past situation. The notself will be stuck in the past, maintaining composure at the expense of progress.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 25 and then at 5:49pm (7:49am gmt) she will shift into conjunction with Uranus in Gate 17 ‘opinions’ bringing movement and focus to sidetracking in relation to ‘following’, and this is based in the ancient law that those who wish to rule must first know how to serve. There is also the possibility to be able to logically organise conceptual formulas, based in having the understanding to prepare it for future expression. This transit also brings out the archetype of the student or the teacher, where opinions must have a logical foundation to withstand testing and criticism. This is where the logical formula is brought into focus, both mentally and visually. It is also where opinions need proof and a logical foundation to be able to withstand testing and criticism, which by the way doesn’t mean the opinions, logical or not, are correct. Something to understand about facts is that they are regularly used to support lies, and in turn lies are proffered as logical formulas. This is purely about the form of the concept, looking to understand and see clearly in the now, so that there is something to share. Also even though these are mental concepts, they are also about visualisation, seeing a fixed pattern and projecting it into the future.

At 5:08am 18^th (19:08gmt 17^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 21 meeting up with the South Node in Gate 45 Defining the Ego/heart and Throat Centres with ‘the money line’, the 'design of a materialist'. This is an energy where the material plane has to be fully embraced, and is about the support for metamorphosis thats results in making money through the expression of the manifesting power of the will in the community. This is a very independent transit bringing a discomfort with others being controlling in any way, plus the material plane is highlighted as who has and who does not have, and possessiveness will also be strong themes.

At 9:31pm (11:31am gmt) Venus shifts and in a few hours will come into conjunction with the Sun in Gate 29 ‘saying yes’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘the abysmal’ which can be seen as the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has it’s inevitable rewards, which comes through reflection and making sense out of it all. This is the Tantric energy to empower the determination of the self and is the Gate of the generative yes, and fuels perseverance despite circumstances, and if not careful can result in loading up on piles of commitments and responsibilities so that there is something to persevere about. The trick here is to only ever say yes to what is correct, and the secret is waiting, this is a cyclical energy and what is committed to one day, may no longer be of interest the next.

At 3:47am 18^th (17:47gmt 17^th) Mars shifts into Gate 39 ‘the provocateur’ bringing maturation and mutation to ‘obstruction’, and here we get to recognise the unique value of obstruction in provoking individual analysis, assessment and re-evaluation. This is a combative fuel that is looking for knowing, potential emotional awareness and spirit, and this form of provocation is purely about finding the right spirit, and being empowered to provoke it into expression or not. This is also a fuel to persevere, and deal with the moods that provocation releases. And provocation can come in many forms, even doing nothing can provoke someone who does not have the right spirit, and depending on the mood either pain or pleasure can be provoked, even flirting can be a provocation.
