Today's planetary update

Date: 17th April 2010

Now the Sun and Earth have moved into the Incarnation Cross of Laws and the 1st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 3 and 50. This transit is all about laws, rules, commandments and tenets, looking for ways to create law and order in life or follow the natural laws already available. Now this can all sound a bit rigid, and it is actually a very creative energy, where creating the right laws and rules that are supportive, not restrictive, is in essence an art. Healthy boundaries are essential for any human or community to survive and thrive and this transiting energy lays the foundation for that. This is also about embracing the understanding that confusion is natural and must always exist before clarity can be achieved, leading to the innate knowing that order will emerge from confusion. Plus awareness is in the air around the value growth and refinement brings to us all. The notself will be rigid, depressed and fearful.

The Moon is in Gate 8 ‘contribution', bringing a focus onto basic worth being realised through contributing individual efforts to group goals. And attention can be drawn to the truth, through the expression of individual contribution or the promotion of someone else's unique truth. Then at 4:22pm she moves into Gate 20 ‘the now', bringing the focus onto recognition and awareness in the now which can transform understanding into right action. This is the most existential of all the Gates, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I am now'. This is not about action, it's just pure and simple being present in the now, and from that action may or may not flow.

The North and South Nodes have moved into Gates 38 and 39, bringing into play an environment or view focused toward seeing individual integrity preserved through opposition to any detrimental forces. And obstruction can be of value in any situation or process as a tool for provoking analysis, assessment and re-evaluation. The 6th Lines bring a flavour of psychic attunement, which when honoured guarantees proper action, with the determination when confronted by obstacles to withdraw, which can be very provocative to some. Plus there will be an underlying pressure to find freedom, which can lead to jumping in all the wrong directions. Remember this is the view, it is what is to be seen in the environment, not identified with or personalised. The notself will oppose as a general rule, and disengage.

You can experience true self love when you accept who you are and live your unique Design.
