Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day begins with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 43 and 23 and then at 6:02pm (7:02am gmt) they will move into the 6th Lines bringing a theme of resting and recuperating, ready for what is coming next. And ‘breakthrough’ is in the air today, and here we recognise individual awareness actualisation and centering, that when conceptual breakthrough occurs can naturally help to establish both internally and externally a unique new order, all of which is based in the recognition of unique knowing that is both personally and collectively of value in the now. Plus ‘fusion’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the expression gradual individual attunement of unique diversity through synthesis. Here we get to see the metamorphosis and exponential growth of energy and the power of assertion engendered by the expression of fusion, all of which is based in a conceptual individual knowing which brings diversity to synthesis. The notself will carry lesser attributes over into the new order, sticking to principles and withdrawing from fusion which will lead to atrophy, losing any power of expression.

At 10:01am 16th (23:01gmt 15th) the Moon shifts into Gate 62 ‘detail’ bringing movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the small’, which is all about expressing logical caution, patience and detail to produce understanding and excellence out of limitation. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I think’, which is based in being able to communicate and share concepts from a mechanical capacity for detail. This is where opinions can manifest as words, and things can be given their names, solidifying their existence in the Maia, which aids the collective in understanding the world, as without names, there can be no understanding or sharing, this is the Gate of the development of language which is the common ground for sharing of the human experience.

At 8:34pm (9:34am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 56 ‘stimulation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the wanderer’ and this is where we get to sense and see how stability comes through the recognition and expression of movement. Here we have the perpetuation of abstract continuity through the linking of short term activity based on past reflection. This is an abstract metamorphic expression and if it had a voice this Gate would say ‘I believe’ and is all about making sense of and translating the human experience into language so that it can be shared, I often wonder if Martin Luther King had this Gate? Here we see the abstract expression of ideas, and ideas are never facts, and cannot be substantiated by a formula, the idea is never a solution, but always the journey. This is a pure mental awareness that has nothing to do with action, it is purely about recognising, making sense of, and translating human experience into language, and once the idea is expressed verbally it is the end of the process.

At 7:00am 17th (20:00gmt 16th) the Moon shifts into Gate 31 ’leading’ bringing movement and focus to ‘influence’ which is based in the logical law of friction, whether active or passive, this friction engenders transference and thus influence, understanding and sharing. And if this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I lead’, as it is always looking for ways to manifest future influence, and it will always have to wait for someone to recognise this, as this Gate has no access to any primary energy for action to be able to back itself up, so will often end up making purely verbal claims. This is the recognised democratic elected leader, a true representative of the people, who logically understands trends and patterns and is able to present and express them in such a way that everyone can understand and follow.

At 12:16pm (1:16am gmt) Venus shifts into Gate 26 ‘the egoist’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to the view of ‘the taming power of the great’ which is about supporting the maximisation of the power of memory so that it can be recognised and applied to the nurturing of manifestation and continuity within the community. This is the Gate of the trickster where will and memory can be manipulated, where based on the dualistic nature of life can result in great lies or great truths, or this could be the archetypal sales or public relations person, who could sell ice to Eskimos. A saying that could exemplify this Gate is ‘fools are liars and prophets too, for they can never know if what they say is true. They just have to wait and see.’ This transit's dualism clearly shows up in the sense that from the mouth of the great liar can also come the great truth.  And yes the Heart Centre is not aware, it is pure will powered energy, and the manipulation of memory is inborn and mechanical.
