Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day with the Sun and Earth still in the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 36 and 6 and then at 8:15pm (9:15am gmt) they will move into the 4^th lines bringing a theme for opportunites coming through connections with existing networks and friends, this is a day where the wrong people will fatigue you. And ‘espionage’ is in the air today, and here we experience the abstract awareness ability to prepare for and anticipate decline through the accumulation of secret or privileged information. All of which is based in the sense and realisation that knowledge both covert and esoteric is necessary, if one is to be prepared for acting during emotional crisis and change. Plus ‘triumph’ is grounding us, and this about a creative generative position of natural and unchallengeable power. All of which is based in the charity, support and wisdom that must come with victory and the movement towards new horizons, where the power of defending emotional awareness can dominate a relationship. The notself will be the double agent using knowledge in times of crisis for a price, lacking emotional control, destroying, conquering and purging.

At 9:58am 16^th (22:58gmt 15^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 31 ’leading’ bringing movement and focus to ‘influence’ which is based in the logical law of friction, whether active or passive, this friction engenders transference and thus influence, understanding and sharing. And if this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I lead’, as it is always looking for ways to manifest future influence, and it will always have to wait for someone to recognise this, as this Gate has no access to any primary energy for action to be able to back itself up, so will often end up making purely verbal claims. This is the recognised democratic elected leader, a true representative of the people, who logically understands trends and patterns and is able to present and express them in such a way that everyone can understand and follow.

At 7:25pm (8:25am gmt) the Moons shifts into Gate 33 ‘privacy’ bringing movement and focus to ‘retreat’ which is about active withdrawal for reflection that can transform a weak position into a strength. And if this Throat Centre Gate had a voice it would say ‘I remember’, and is the voice of the abstract witness that could be likened to the prodigal child, who leaves home, giving up their birthright to wander and learn and then returns home many years later much the wiser and is accepted back into the fold so that the wisdom they have garnered during their experience can be expressed and shared through remembrance bringing them recognition. Here we see the need of regular time alone to reflect on the past, so that the past experiences can be processed and made sense of.

At 4:45am 17^th (17:45gmt 16^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 7 ‘the role of the self’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the army’ which is a metaphor for having a common point of convergence. And here we get to see how having a logical point of convergence, by design brings understanding and recognition of the need for leadership to guide and order society into a logical direction for the future through the role of interaction and sharing. This transit is all about logical direction and the role of the Self or identity in interaction, and how that plays out to lead us into the future. And this is done mainly through first of all testing out established patterns to find certainty for the future. This role of the self is unaware, it is purely mechanical, and is driven by our genes and does not respond to any mental concepts of role, it is just purely conditioning how we move into the future.

At 1:28am 17^th (14:28gmt 16^th) Venus shifts into Gate 22 ‘openness’ bringing values and worth in relation to individual ‘grace’ as a quality of behaviour and knowing best suited in handling mundane and trivial situations. This is where the potential to realise unique spirit comes through the emotional awareness and possibility to share that spirit with others, all of which needs social skills to gain public access, empowering others with individual emotional awareness and knowing. This Gate brings the quality of the individual emotional spirit that will condition how receptive the collective will be to individual awareness. Also a certain amount of social interaction is required to get the awareness disseminated, so that mutative evolutionary growth can take place, and grace comes through the spirit of the knower as it moves toward potential emotional awareness.
