Today's planetary update

Date: 16th April 2010

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs(note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

Today the Sun and Earth have moved into the 6th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 42 and 32, bringing an energy into play of being a role model of your own uniqueness, of leading through example. And there is natural and instinctive nurturing in the air, with the power to share the process of growth with others. This is a time to calmly face impermanence, through the underlying acceptance that change may or may not lead to tranquillity. There can also be an instinctive awareness that leads to accepting change and transformation. The notself will be aggressive, self-alienating, deluded and self destructive.

At 9:33am the Moon moves into Gate 2 ‘the receptive', bringing a focus onto receptivity as the primal base through which any response is determined, seeing that receptivity is the root of all valuable action. And there is the potential to continue evolving which finds its manifestation in the right direction. Then at 7:53pm she moves into Gate 23 ‘assimilation', bringing into focus amorality, which comes through awareness and understanding, and leads to acceptance of diversity. Also the successful communication of new insights can bring value to the collective. These insights come in the form of some sort of knowing, so today you might hear the words ‘I know' said a lot, which of course does not necessarily mean who ever is saying it knows anything useful, so be discerning whose knowing you listen to.

Mercury has now shifted into the 6th Line of Gate 24 ‘the gift horse', bringing an energy for communication around the possibility of being deaf when opportunity knocks. So there is a need to participate in the process that will in turn lead to being prepared for the easy identification of opportunities, being able to utilise identification and focus through the rational thought process. Then at 12:22pm Venus moves into Gate 23 ‘assimilation' and will meet up with the Moon there at 7:53pm, adding values and standards to what I have written about above for the Moon.

Then at 11:25pm Jupiter moves into the 5th Line of Gate 22 ‘directness', bringing into play laws and rules around the power inherent in higher principles that allow for the successful transgression of behavioural codes. And there is the possibility through emotional awareness to behave individualistically in social interaction. The notself will create embarrassing situations, being crude and impudent.

And after a long visit in Gate 36, at 11:32pm Uranus moves into Gate 25 ‘innocence', bringing a sidetracking energy to the perfection of action through an uncontrived and spontaneous nature. This is also the energy of the spiritual warrior, the shaman/priestess, bringing a potential to love all of existence without discrimination, where a flower can be loved as profoundly as a person, this is a transcendental and universal love.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don't have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It's your life!
