Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The Moon reaches her zenith and becomes full at 4:41pm (6:41am gmt) in Gate 61, more on that in the Moon updates.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2^nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 62 and 61, and then at 8:41pm (10:41am gmt) they will shift into the 3^rd Line bringing a theme for making materially beneficial discoveries through a process of trial and error. And ‘discovery’ is in the air today, and here we recognise a genius for the understanding the unusual. All of which is based in the logical ability to discover valuable information in detail work and to find innovative applications for sharing this knowledge. This is the unusual gift of finding and expressing valuable details for the future. Plus ‘interdependence’ is grounding us, and here we recognise that it is exceedingly difficult for unique individual truth to stand alone. All of which is based in the ability to knowingly establish relationships for the actualisation of inspirational truths, and through their nurturing and protective power to ensure a stable environment in which they can continue to grow. This is the mental pressure to know that is enhanced and empowered through collaboration in the now. The notself will be dissatisfied and bored with the monotony of detail work, missing details of importance and value, impatiently forsaking relationships through an abundance of energy.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 54 and then at 1:33pm (3:33am gmt) she shifts into Gate 61 ‘mystery’ bringing movement and focus to ‘inner truth’ and the empowered unique awareness of recognising universal underlying principles. This is a mental pressure to resolve individual mystery and find inspiration, and this can fuel and empower unique knowing, or it can lead to delusion and madness. The pressure of both the unknown and knowable haunts the thinker's mind, wanting to really know the absolute. And this pressure can last a life time, and the key is to remember that the ultimate potential of recognising inner truth comes with silence. This is where the Moon will become full at 4:41pm (6:41am gmt)

At 11:50pm (13:50gmt) the Moon shifts into gate 60 ‘acceptance’ bringing the focus onto ‘limitation’, where the knowing, recognition and acceptance of limitation is the first step in individual transcendence. This is about the unique growth that comes through releasing limited amounts of energy, manifesting as power bursts rather than sustained flows. This fuel comes in a pulse, for example it could be seen that knowing is there, and then it is not, and it is the spaces in between the knowing that allow for empowered evolutionary growth and change to take place. Miles Davis, the Jazz musician, understood this through music, he said that the mystery of music is in the space between the notes, and from a Human Design perspective, it is in the space between that the mutation that moves us forward into the new takes place.

At 7:54pm (9:54am gmt) Mercury shifts into Gate 4 'formulisation' bringing communication in relation to 'youthful folly' and the logical energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance as this transit brings a freedom from retribution plus good fortune. There is also the potential to have an answer for any doubt, just be aware that the concepts and answers might only be a potential, and could be sheer foolishness instead of real understanding. It is clear that the most grounded path is based in logic, and to use logic, is to be able to recognise and substantiate things with fact, which protects from sharing misjudgement. This Gate brings a mental pressure of doubt and suspicion that can last a lifetime, and this is based in looking for some sort of logical awareness, which always requires a formula, and no matter what the answer appears to be, it is not necessarily a solution or a fact.

At 4:59pm (6:59am gmt) Mars shifts into Gate 45 ‘the gatherer’ bringing maturation and mutation in relation to ‘gathering together’ which is all about naturally attracting generally beneficial like forces that will support manifestation and expression. This is the Gate of hierarchical dominance, and can be seen as the archetype of the king or queen, the empress or emperor, the autocratic tribal leader, who is busy looking after the welfare of the community. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I have’ or ‘we have’, and is an expression of the material wellbeing of the community, benevolently sharing materially with the community.
