Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Our day starts out on the tail end of Gates/hexagrams 26 and 45, and at 10:38am 15th (23:38pm 14th) the Sun and Earth shift into the 1st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 11 and 12 bringing a theme for digging in, investigating whatever interests you, so that you can see if there is a secure foundation there for the future. For the next 6 days the Sun is shining in ‘ideas’ and ‘peace’ which is the harmonic condition in the individual or society that permits assessment before renewed action. And the Earth is grounding us in ‘caution’ and ‘standstill’ which is about the quality of restraint and the importance of meditation and inaction in confronting temptation.

And ‘attunement’ is in the air, which is about the awareness of the serendipity of being in the right place at the right time, and is based in the abstract nourishment derived from reflection on the past and being with those who recognise and share the same concepts, goals and aspirations. This could be seen as having a gift sensing or finding those who will value your shared ideas and past reflections. Plus ‘the monk’ is grounding us today, and this is about individual withdrawal that can only be expressed and maintained with communal support. All of which is based in the unique beauty, transformation, knowing and harmony possible beyond the reach of temptation. So this could be seen as the expression of social withdrawal and its value for metamorphosis when supported by others. The notself will fear anonymity, sensing that no one will value their ideas, and go into total and often absurd withdrawal.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 7 and at 7:09pm (8:09am gmt) she will shift into Gate 4 'formulisation' bringing movement and focus to 'youthful folly' and the logical energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance as this transit brings a freedom from retribution plus good fortune. There is also the potential to have an answer for any doubt, just be aware that the concepts and answers might only be a potential, and could be sheer foolishness instead of real understanding. It is clear that the most grounded path is based in logic, and to use logic, is to be able to recognise and substantiate things with fact, which protects from sharing misjudgement. This Gate brings a mental pressure of doubt and suspicion that can last a lifetime, and this is based in looking for some sort of logical awareness, which always requires a formula, and no matter what the answer appears to be, it is not necessarily a solution or a fact.

At 5:13am 16th (18:13gmt 15th) The Moon shifts into Gate 29 ‘saying yes’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the abysmal’ which can be seen as the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has it’s inevitable rewards, which comes through reflection and making sense out of it all. This is the Tantric energy to empower the determination of the self and is the Gate of the generative yes, and fuels perseverance despite circumstances, and if not careful can result in loading up on piles of commitments and responsibilities so that there is something to persevere about. The trick here is to only ever say yes to what is correct, and the secret is waiting, this is a cyclical energy and what is committed to one day, may no longer be of interest the next.
