Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

the day starts out with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 26 and 45 and at 12:30pm (1:30am gmt) they will move into the 6th Lines bringing a them for resting and recuperating, while envisioning what the future holds, just don’t dismiss what is already at your feet. And ‘authority’ is in the air today, and this is about the natural attainment of influence that is supported and justified by the correctness of actions. All of which is based in the will powered embodiment of reason and purpose that passes the test of time and becomes tradition. This is the strong ego whose influence is recognised and justified only through the correctness of its actions. Plus ‘reconsideration’ is grounding us, and here we get to see how an outsider that can admit that its prior rejection was an error, through metamorphosis will generally be accepted into the gathering. And this is based in an innate empathy and support for the transformation and expression of the outsider mentality and its eccentric and often misunderstood logic, which in turn manifests as a material direction which serves the outsider. The notself will have symbolic authority which lacks real influence, demanding conformity of outsiders.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 56 and at 12:30pm (1:30am gmt) she will shift into Gate 31 ’leading’ bringing movement and focus to ‘influence’ which is based in the logical law of friction, whether active or passive, this friction engenders transference and thus influence, understanding and sharing. And if this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I lead’, as it is always looking for ways to manifest future influence, and it will always have to wait for someone to recognise this, as this Gate has no access to any primary energy for action to be able to back itself up, so will often end up making purely verbal claims. This is the recognised democratic elected leader, a true representative of the people, who logically understands trends and patterns and is able to present and express them in such a way that everyone can understand and follow.

At 10:48pm (11:48am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 33  ‘privacy’ bringing movement and focus to ‘retreat’ which is about active withdrawal for reflection that can transform a weak position into a strength. And if this Throat Centre Gate had a voice it would say ‘I remember’, and is the voice of the abstract witness that could be likened to the prodigal child, who leaves home, giving up their birthright to wander and learn and then returns home many years later much the wiser and is accepted back into the fold so that the wisdom they have garnered during their experience can be expressed and shared through remembrance bringing them recognition. Here we see the need of regular time alone to reflect on the past, so that the past experiences can be processed and made sense of.

At 9:01am 15th (22:01gmt 14th) the Moon shifts into Gate 7  ‘the role of the self’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the army’ which is a metaphor for having a common point of convergence. And here we get to see how having a logical point of convergence, by design brings understanding and recognition of the need for leadership to guide and order society into a logical direction for the future through the role of interaction and sharing. This transit is all about logical direction and the role of the Self or identity in interaction, and how that plays out to lead us into the future. And this is done mainly through first of all testing out established patterns to find certainty for the future. This role of the self is unaware, it is purely mechanical, and is driven by our genes and does not respond to any mental concepts of role, it is just purely conditioning how we move into the future.

Mercury goes direct at 12:44pm (1:44am gmt) in the 4th Line of Gate 34 bringing communication into play in relation to ‘triumph’, and here we get to see the unique freedom from absolute victory that leads to the unlimited use of power. There is a tendency here that when victory is achieved to then be able to restrain excessive individual power displays in favour of more subtle and covert styles, all of which is based in the inherent knowing and confidence to use creative generative power subtly in the now. The notself will find ego gratification in the unrestrained use of power, leading to abuse.

At 12:48pm (1:48am gmt) Pluto moves into the 4th line of Gate 58  bring truth into play in relation to ‘focusing’, and here we recognise a natural specialisation that when confronted with a multiplicity of stimulations will have no difficulty in logically focussing on the appropriate tasteful influence. All of which is based in the energy to fuel understanding and recognition of which pressure and stimulation is of future value. The notself will become unstable when overstimulated.
