Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts out with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3rd Lines of Gate 61 an 62 until 7:28pm 14th (8:28am gmt 14th) when they will move into the 4th Lines bringing a theme for beneficial opportunities coming through friends and networks. And ‘research’ is in the air today, and this is about the capacity of inspiration and concentration used to explore the depths of unique individual inner truth and maximise its application in relation to fundamental principles. All of which is based in the mental pressure to recognise and know which fundamental principles are empowering in the now. Plus ‘asceticism’ is grounding us, and this is about the expression of a perfected ascetic withdrawal, which is the only logical action to take in the pursuit of understanding harmony and simplicity. Here we get to see how, when in a place where when outside dangers and distraction do not exist, there is time to pursue transforming inner meaning in detail, as this is the detail that can only be shared and expressed after periods of isolation, metamorphosis and reflection. The notself will be caught in the illusion that collaboration will enhance inspiration, resulting in a diversity of confusing applications, feeling an urge to take action against established values.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 6 and at 9:30pm 14th (10:30am gmt 14th) she will shift into Gate 46 ‘the determination of the self’ bringing movement and focus to ‘pushing upward’ where abstract good fortune may be sensed and perceived as a result of serendipity, but is actually derived from effort and dedication. This is the Gate of the love of the body and the flesh, and when you recognise this and surrender to the timing of the body as your temple, you are always in the right place at the right time, which is a deeply spiritual experience, and involves complete surrender to the cycle, which may or may not lead to discovery, and unless the cycles of life are accepted, the body can suffer under the stress of constant crisis, disappointment and upheaval.  This Gate brings discovery and good fortune, which is dependent on the determination of the self or identity.

At 7:07am 15th (20:07gmt 14th) the Moon shifts into Gate 18 meeting up with Pluto in Gate 58  Defining the Root and Spleen Centres with the Channel of judgement, a ‘design of insatiability’ bringing truth, movement and focus to the logical pressure and drive to find tasteful knowing. And this can be a very critical transit, and the key to giving and gaining understanding is to accept that it is best to not offer to share criticisms unless asked. Challenging life is not everyone's cup of tea, and if the criticism has been invited it will be well received. There is also an insatiable drive for perfection here, which can turn into analysis paralysis, so watch out for that one.  And remember judgement for judgement sake is best applied in the public sector, and not applied to oneself or other individuals. This is the completion of her waning phase and is dark of the Moon, which then begins the waxing part of her never ending cycles.

At 3:43am 15th (16:43gmt 14th) Mercury shifts into Gate 38  ‘the fighter’ bringing communication into play in relation to ‘opposition’, and this is about the empowered ability to recognise and preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. And here we get to see a powerful pressure and fuel that is at its best when up against the odds, fighting in order to establish a sense of value and unique purpose in life. This Gate loves a good fight, and is always ready to stand up for independence and uniqueness, driven by a deep need to feel a sense of carefreeness in life, and if life is not empowered with a real sense of knowing and value depression can set in. This is also about being stubborn, which is a result of not being here to be influenced by others.

At 7:17pm 15th (8:17am gmt 14th) Venus shifts into Gate 55 ‘abundance’ bringing maturation and mutation to abundance being strictly a question of spirit. And this is based in the power of unique emotional awareness and its potential to destabilise, which is the testing ground for humanity's search for spirit. And in this Gate lies the potential for individual spirit and its empowered manifestation, and it also shows us that spirit is not a concept or instinct, it is an emotional awareness, and through this Gate the limitations of emotions is experienced. Here we get to see how abundance is the microcosm of life in form, and could be seen as the archetype of ‘David’s cup’, which is where the cup is always present and contains our lives, and can be perceived as half full or half empty. Here there is always potential awareness available, yet when life is experienced as ‘this and that’, any awareness is lost. This is where the empowered individual can find the spirit in the emotional now, which is a wave made up of many points of geometry, and at any given point spirit is not a matter of comparison, just the wonder that the cup exists at all.
