Today's planetary update

Date: 13th March 2010

Time: 9:30am Aust. EDT / GMT +11hrs(note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

Today starts with the Sun and Earth in the 6th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 22 and 47, bringing the energy of being aloof from others, standing back and just observing what is happening around you, taking it all in to use in the future. The main theme here is one of maturity, of growing into being a role model, and this is only possible through experiencing the right social interactions. Then through the experience your capacity for leadership develops and becomes natural and evident. All of this is based on being able to successfully navigate the alignment of form and substance, which can then be integrated through experiencing it. Plus there is the possibility that the strength of will can be available, and when used correctly this can aid in adaption, helping you towards the ability to survive oppression and futility, to become a role model. The notself will express itself in non-conformist ways, hopeless, oppressed and stripped of realisation.

Then at 6:49pm we move into the Incarnation Cross of Eden, bringing the energy of deep desire into play. There will be a pressure to find new experiences, which you may be open or closed to actually experiencing. There will be a focus on the need for excitement through intimacy, and if something or someone is not going to be exciting, well, then it is just not going to be fun. This is a time where the right experience can take you deep into the world, and the right experience will bring fulfilment and peace, the wrong experience will bring crisis and chaos, and ideals can be shattered. This is also about learning and teaching, and the best teachers have had rich experiences to learn from, which brings a sense of realness and truth to their teaching.

The Moon is now in Gate 49 ‘revolution', where ideally transformation of forms is based on the highest principles and is not simply for power. You will be looking for support for your principles and if your principles are not accepted, you will reject or be rejected. At 6:36pm she moves in with Neptune and Chiron in Gate 30 ‘clinging fire' bringing the energy where freedom is recognised as an illusion and limitation is accepted as fate. Desire is everywhere, resulting in all sorts of emotional aches and yearnings, and there is a drive to try all sorts of things which may or may not result in wisdom.

The global conditioning view has shifted to ‘power' where the focus is on seeing who are winners and who are losers, observing the play of power and politics across your landscape. Also the potential for emotional volatility will be palpable at times, which way will the emotion go? Will it go high and into fun and excitement, or will it go down into crisis and despair? Or will it be still and quite as you enjoy your own space?

This is planetary weather, it's passing through, let your Strategy and Inner Authority lead the way to your own unique experience of life.
