Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 4th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 26 and 45 and then at 2:22pm (3:22am gmt) they will move into the 5th Lines bringing a theme of projection which requires practical solution to avoid failure and ruined reputations. And ‘adaptability’ is in the air, and this is about the understanding of the mechanics and application of will powered energy to achieve maximum potential. All of which is based in recognising the power of traditional memory which supports and maximises the potential of the ego to attract others in the community. Plus ‘leadership’ is grounding us, which is about how all gathering together must have a centre and a focus for manifestation and expression, based in the intuitive intellect and gift for transformation and innovation that supports and enhance the group effort and ensure metamorphosis and continuity through respect for the traditional centre of the community. This is the gift for expressing leadership on the material plane. The notself will be frustrated and resist basic changes or adaption to nature that are necessary, trying to assume respect that has not yet been earned.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 53 and at 3:41pm (4:41am gmt) she will shift into Gate 62 ‘detail’ bringing movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the small’, which is all about expressing logical caution, patience and detail to produce understanding and excellence out of limitation. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I think’, which is based in being able to communicate and share concepts from a mechanical capacity for detail. This is where opinions can manifest as words, and things can be given their names, solidifying their existence in the Maia, which aids the collective in understanding the world, as without names, there can be no understanding or sharing, this is the Gate of the development of language which is the common ground for sharing of the human experience.

At 2:08am 14th (15:08gmt 13th) the Moon shifts into Gate 56  ‘stimulation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the wanderer’ and this is where we get to sense and see how stability comes through the recognition and expression of movement. Here we have the perpetuation of abstract continuity through the linking of short term activity based on past reflection. This is an abstract metamorphic expression and if it had a voice this Gate would say ‘I believe’ and is all about making sense of and translating the human experience into language so that it can be shared, I often wonder if Martin Luther King had this Gate? Here we see the abstract expression of ideas, and ideas are never facts, and cannot be substantiated by a formula, the idea is never a solution, but always the journey. This is a pure mental awareness that has nothing to do with action, it is purely about recognising, making sense of, and translating human experience into language, and once the idea is expressed verbally it is the end of the process.

At 5:40pm (6:40am gmt) Venus shifts into Gate 61  ‘mystery’ bringing values and worth to ‘inner truth’ and the empowered unique awareness of recognising universal underlying principles. This is a mental pressure to resolve individual mystery and find inspiration, and this can fuel and empower unique knowing, or it can lead to delusion and madness. The pressure of both the unknown and knowable haunts the thinker's mind, wanting to really know the absolute. And this pressure can last a life time, and the key is to remember that the ultimate potential of recognising inner truth comes with silence.
