Today's planetary update

This is quite a long report today, the planets are busy, busy...

The Sun and Earth have shifted into new Gates, they are in the 1^st Line of Gates/Hexagrams 4 and 49, and as it’s a 1^st Line day, it’s a good time to research and investigate things to make sure there is a secure foundation to build on. For the next 6 days the Sun is shining in ‘formulisation’ and ‘youthful folly’, bringing  the logical energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance as this transit brings a freedom from retribution plus good fortune. This is the logical mental pressure to conceptualise something to share and there is the potential to have an answer for any doubt, just be aware before sharing that the concepts and answers might only be a potential, and could be sheer foolishness instead of real understanding. And the Earth is grounding us in ‘principles’ and ‘revolution’, and this is about the recognition of emotional awareness and support, where ideally the transformation of forms is based on the highest principles and not simply for power. This is the Gate of rejection and also brings potential awareness and ritualistic spirituality.

‘Pleasure’ is in the air today, highlighting that ultimate pleasure cannot be achieved without perfect timing. This is the logical instinct to know the right moment and circumstances where pleasure is shared, rewarded and not punished. There is also the potential to recognise the concept that there is a natural timing to the understanding process. Plus ‘the law of necessity’ is the grounding energy of the day, where revolution has no support unless it is perceived as necessary for the community. And the understanding and application of this law in turn maximises expansion of support, thereby ensuring viability. Also there can be awareness that the potential of a principle is based on it being accepted as viable. The notself will abuse pleasure through exaggerated self discipline, committing acts of disorder to prove disorder exists.

The moon is now conjunct Mercury in Gate 64 ‘confusion’ bringing movement and focus to ‘before completion’ where transition, like birth, requires a determined strength for the passage through. This is a mental pressure to make sense out of and recognise inspirations, and the only way to relieve the pressure is that all of the data that creates the confusion and mental busyness in the first place, needs to be filtered to get rid of what is superfluous. At 11:54am (01:54GMT) she will shift into Gate 47 meeting up with Mercury in Gate 64 Defining the Channel of abstraction, a ’design of mental activity mixed with clarity’ and this brings the focus onto abstract inspiration coming out of confusion and the past, which leads to reflection and being able to sense the possibility to create something new out of something old, so that it can be shared. This transit can bring abstract thoughts into the world in the form of the arts, philosophy, history and culture, often reshaping the past in different ways, even as a cultural revolution.  At 8:52pm (10:53GMT) the Moon will shift into Gate 6 ‘friction’ bringing the focus onto conflict, as the fundamental design component of progress. This is based in the law of nature that new growth cannot exist without some sort of friction. This is powerful emotional possibility and is also about boundaries, focusing on who is in and who is out, and developing awareness of the timing of dropping barriers to support intimacy. At 5:54am on the 13^th (19:54GMT 12^th) she will shift into conjunction with Saturn in Gate 46 ‘the determination of the self’ bringing the focus onto ‘pushing upward’ where abstract good fortune may be sensed and perceived as a result of serendipity, but is actually derived from effort and dedication. This is the Gate of the love of the body, and when you surrender to the timing of the body as your temple, you are always in the right place at the right time.

Then at 6:56pm (8:57GMT) the North and South Nodes will move into the 2^nd lines of Gates 38 and 39 bringing a shift in how you perceive the environment, and we will still be seeing ‘The fighter’, ‘opposition’, ‘the provocateur’ and ‘obstruction’ in view as they are still overriding themes. These are powerful fuels for individual drive. The lense has now changed to ‘politeness’ bringing a type of individual opposition that does not transgress normal codes of behaviour. There is also value and empowerment through discretion, which brings unique intuitive awareness. Plus ‘confrontation’ also colours the lense bringing the empowered instinctual and direct assault of obstacles, based in the energy to provoke through direct assault. The notself will be emotionally uncomfortable, servile, superficial and overly polite.

At 00:03am on the 13^th (14:03GMT 12^th) Saturn will move into the 5^th Line of Gate 46 bringing rules and laws into play in relation to ‘pacing’ where the maintenance of a proper abstract rhythm in its instinctive practicality avoids radical divergence from successful patterns and supports the love of the body. This is the determination to sense and stay with the rhythm which brings success. The notself will irrationally reject the very patterns that have proven successful.

The winds of change are always blowing in different directions with the planetary weather, set you sails to take advantage of the weather by always using your Strategy and Inner Authority.
