Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin our day still in the 5^th Line theme and then at 9:54pm (10:54am GMT) the Sun and Earth move into the 6^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 1 and 2 bringing an energy for visioning the future, just don’t dismiss what is already at your feet. And ‘objectivity’ is in the air, and this is about clear individual assessment of unique creative value, based in an empowered knowing in the now, all which leads to clarity in creative expression, identity and direction. Plus ‘fixation’ is grounding us today, and this is about being unable or unwilling to see the whole picture, and could be seen as the unique intellectual absorbed in constant rationalisation, all the time looking for individual empowered direction and higher knowing which can be tricky as this is an extremely narrow band of receptivity. The notself will be creatively frustrated and disappointed through subjective appraisal with the distorted awareness to try and find security but ending in destructiveness.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 58 and at 6:15pm (7:15am GMT) she will shift into Gate 38 ‘the fighter’ bringing movement and focus to ‘opposition’, and this is about the empowered ability to recognise and preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. And here we get to see a powerful pressure and fuel that is at its best when up against the odds, fighting in order to establish a sense of value and unique purpose in life. This Gate loves a good fight, and is always ready to stand up for independence and uniqueness, driven by a deep need to feel a sense of carefreeness in life, and if life is not empowered with a real sense of knowing and value depression can set in. This is also about being stubborn, which is a result of not being here to be influenced by others.

At 4:52am on the 11^th (17:52 GMT on the 10^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 54 ‘ambition’ bringing the focus onto ‘the marrying maiden’, supporting and recognising interaction in its mundane social context as well as in mystical and cosmic relationships. This is the archetype of the concubine who becomes empress, embodied in the idea of rising up through the hierarchy of the community, of moving up the ladder, this is the fuel of being driven. And this is a very ambitious transit, which is never a mundane thing, as it is only when the instincts to operate on the mundane plane have been mastered is transformation possible, this is the drive to transform and become something more.
